Don't they just have another baby or two if the benefits start to dry up? And live off that and then off their kids until they're pension age?

Usually the children tell their parents or their mother to get screwed, and don't have any family ties Viv. There are many dysfunctional families here.

this is seem like you are all at deep problems,that contain many teenage,and drugs problem ,and all the other thinks that conect from this problem ,but what do you offer to do.
since you are living there,and you are understanding the mod of the area ,how could you deal with this problem,what step is required( by your opinion)...what can make change..

please wrote some steps ,any step only by one line....and at list 5 point,from substitute framework,till more police job..

What the government should do mate...is to make attending school mandatory to year 12 and also to limit the dole to those only above 18 years of age.

the first point it could not be done,even if the country will realy try ,since you can not hold people how do not like to stay ,if they realy do not like,and since country is not prisent,this is not passible..

about the second part:you can not pay,but those children will find the way to get this money...at other way..

i can not judge your goverment,and i should not do that,since i never even been at your country,i am not even sure if i like to do this ,if i could,since i could not prove that i will not going to be new immigrant(the true they are may right,since if there are any country that if i could to move in,australia is the only one,not canada not u.s.a ,not england or any other country at europe,but australia seem like uniqe country..and you can go very far from the city life).....well at list i hope that one day i will get out for trip from my country,this is so nice for short time visit other places at the world...
